Before you request

What we need: who is asking, the student’s name and date of birth, the years they attended and where the transcript should go.
Processing time: most requests are processed within 10 business days. We will email you if we need anything else.
Fees: we’ll confirm any fee before sending.
Delivery: we can email a PDF or mail a paper copy, to you or directly to a school, college or employer.
Privacy: we may contact you to confirm your identity before we release a student record.
