Bridging Education & Opportunity Across Borders 🌍

We believe that education should be a global effort—one that supports both students and teachers. While many highly skilled educators in Africa face low wages and limited opportunities, volunteers from the U.S., Canada, and the UK work alongside them to build a stronger, more connected learning community. All of our volunteers are fully vetted, mission-driven, and committed to building stronger alternative education pathways.

🌱 Empowering Educators

We connect Native English-speaking teachers from English-speaking and bilingual nations (Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa) with students worldwide, ensuring they receive fair wages and meaningful teaching opportunities. We collaborate with these educators to teach subjects like Swahili (for cultural enrichment) and Math (leveraging their expertise). All of our teachers are qualified, university educated professionals.

🫱🏾‍🫲🏽 Breaking Barriers

Through cultural exchange and collaboration, our students learn from diverse educators, gaining perspectives that challenge stereotypes and broaden worldviews.

🌎 A Global Classroom

We’re more than just an online school; we’re a worldwide educational network working together to redefine alternative education.

Àbulę logo
Ah-boo-leh
(noun, Yorùbá)
A village or community where people learn, grow, and support one another through shared knowledge and cultural exchange. In traditional Yorùbá society, the concept embodies the collective spirit of learning and mentorship within a communal setting. Àbulę represents a digital evolution of this wisdom, creating spaces where students and educators can connect, collaborate, and thrive together in their educational journey.
Etymology: From Yorùbá, echoing the traditional African philosophy of ubuntu—"I am because we are."
