Accredited High School Program

Our fully accredited program for grades 9-12 provides official transcripts and diplomas recognized by colleges and universities.

A More Complete Education

Our curriculum intentionally includes content often omitted from traditional textbooks — covering Black history, social justice, diverse perspectives, and contemporary issues — to help students develop critical thinking skills and a comprehensive worldview.

Accredited Program Overview

Our fully accredited high school program provides students with official reports and transcripts. Students must complete specific credit requirements to earn their diploma.

Program Requirements: Students must meet all graduation requirements listed below, including core subject credits, community service, and an annual independent learning project.

Graduation Requirements

Mathematics

3 Credits

Courses include Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and other advanced mathematics options. Students are placed in appropriate courses based on skill level.

English Language Arts

4 Credits

Courses include Literature Studies, English, and other classes focusing on reading, writing, and communication skills.

Science

3 Credits

Courses include Biology, Environmental Science, Physics, and other laboratory sciences with hands-on experiments and research opportunities.

Arts & Humanities

2 Credits

Includes foreign language courses (such as Swahili, French, Indonesian) and arts-related courses to develop cultural awareness and creative expression.

Elective Courses

5 Credits

Students can choose from a variety of electives including Computer Science, Career Readiness, Introduction to AutoCAD, Introduction to Law, and more.

Additional Graduation Requirements

Community Service

Complete 40 hours of community service per school year with approved organizations or through community service projects.

Independent Learning Project

Complete an annual Independent Learning Project that showcases skills, creativity, and understanding in an area of interest.

Academic Performance

Maintain satisfactory academic performance in all courses and demonstrate progress toward graduation requirements.
