As an organization, we live our values by ensuring fair compensation for our global team of educators, all of whom are field specialists with university degrees and professional training. While many tech companies exploit talented teachers from the African diaspora and around the world with wages as low as $1-2 per hour, we reject this digital colonialism. We’re proud to pay living wages that honor the expertise, qualifications, and dedication of our diverse teaching staff.
