Interested in creating a space in our community where students can connect, learn, and grow together? Submit a group proposal!

Why Create a Group?

Student-led Clubs and Groups provide spaces for members to connect, collaborate, and build meaningful relationships. They foster community, create opportunities for building friendships, and contribute to an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.

Types of Groups Allowed

  • Academic groups (study circles, homework help, subject-specific discussions)
  • Hobbies, clubs, and interest-based groups (book clubs, gaming, arts and crafts, music)
  • Cultural, language, or heritage groups
  • Religious or faith-based groups
  • Support groups for students

Groups Not Permitted

  • Groups promoting hate speech, discrimination, or exclusion
  • Groups that engage in inappropriate conversations or activities
  • Groups with illegal or harmful objectives
  • Groups intended for personal promotion or unsolicited advertising

Important: Every group requires a Group Advisor who must be over the age of 18. This advisor will oversee the group’s activities, ensure alignment with community values, and help monitor interactions for appropriate behavior.

Submission Process

Complete the Proposal Form

Provide all required information about your proposed group including name, description, purpose, and your designated group advisor details.

Wait for Approval

You’ll be notified of the decision within 7-14 days. Our team reviews each submission to ensure it aligns with community guidelines.

Launch Your Group

Once approved, your group will appear in the directory, and you’ll be ready to start inviting members and building your community!
